Dr. Lorretta Holloway,
Chair

Dr. Holloway serves as Vice President for Enrollment and Student Development at Framingham State University. She taught in the English Department from 1999 to 2015, where she taught undergraduate, graduate, and high school students. She developed Framingham State’s College Readiness for Parents program that has now run annually for over 10 years. She also serves on the boards of Bethany Hill Place and Leadership MetroWest. Dr. Holloway holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Kansas.

Michelle has over 15 years of experience working with financial institutions and is currently the director of financial & regulatory reporting at Middlesex Savings Bank. Prior to joining Middlesex Savings Bank, Michelle worked in public accounting at Wolf & Company, P.C.

Kisney Lopes

Kisney is a marketing and advertising executive with a vast knowledge of the digital marketing landscape along with proven success in developing high-performance teams and creating operational frameworks. Today, Kisney is the Marketplace Advertising Lead for Walmart, and he has spent the last 13 years operating in different leadership roles within sales & marketing organizations. Additionally, Kisney also supports a variety of different local initiatives and programs through New Life Church in Framingham, MA. Kisney holds a Masters of Urban Ministry Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Jake Hepler, Vice Chair

Jake Hepler is the Director of the Office of CEO and Board Chair at Somos Inc., a leading technology company specializing in solutions that support trusted communications, including toll-free number administration, identity management, and fraud prevention. In his role, Jake drives strategic initiatives and facilitates collaboration between executive leadership and the Board of Directors to further Somos’ mission of enabling seamless, secure communication.

Before joining Somos, Jake served as the Leadership Giving Officer at Northeastern University School of Law, where he cultivated meaningful philanthropic partnerships to advance the institution’s mission. He began his career in higher education at Framingham State University, serving as the Associate Director of Development and Alumni Relations.

Jake’s professional journey started in the nonprofit sector as the Executive Project Manager at South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) in Framingham, Massachusetts, where he managed critical community-focused initiatives and honed his expertise in nonprofit operations.

A 2013 graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Jake has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement and leadership. In 2019, he was appointed by Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer to chair the 2030 Advisory Council, an initiative dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for young adults in the city.

Rev. Dr. J. Anthony Lloyd

Rev. Lloyd has served as the pastor of the Greater Framingham Community Church for the past 27 years. Prior to coming to the church, he served for 20 years as the Associate Dean of Students at Gordon College in Wenham, Mass. For the past 30 years he has served as an adjunct faculty member of the Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Rev. Lloyd serves on numerous boards and committees throughout the MetroWest area and the United States. Rev. Lloyd serves as the chair of the Board of Directors and the Board Communications and Development Committee.

Susan Nicholl

Susan Nicholl has been immersed in the nonprofit sector of Massachusetts since moving to Framingham 26 years ago. Positions include Management Consultant for the Institute for Nonprofit Development in central Mass, chair of the MetroWest Nonprofit Network, founding executive director of the MetroWest Visitors Bureau, and the first staff member of the Mass Nonprofit Network, which she helped launch. She is the former editor of massnonprofit.org and Foundation News & the Nonprofit Sector, a former publication of the national Council on Foundations.

Since fall of 2018, she has served on the staff of Massachusetts Senate President Karen E. Spilka, primarily as a liaison to the individuals, businesses (nonprofit and for-profit), and municipalities in the Second Middlesex & Norfolk District (Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Medway, and Natick).

Dr. Nicole Rosa

Dr. Nicole Rosa is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Assistant Director of the Commonwealth Honors program at Worcester State University. Her teaching and research focus on development across the lifespan and disability. She is a former Wayside employee, having worked with children and families through the outpatient counseling, trauma intervention, and home-based programs. Dr. Rosa holds a master’s in social work from Boston College and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Brandeis University.

Blaise Tersoni, Clerk

Blaise is a Lieutenant with the Framingham Police Department, serving in his thirty-seventh year. His current assignment is Bureau Commander in the Investigative Services Division. Blaise has worked with the Governor’s Council on Domestic Violence and the Executive Office of Public Safety, assisting with the development of statewide reporting forms for all responses to Domestic Violence. He studied sciences at American International College and Cytotechnology at the University of Texas Health Science Center. He holds two Masters Degrees, one in Criminal Justice from Western New England University and in Public Administration from Framingham State University. He is a graduate of Police Executive Research Forum: Senior Management Institute for Police, Executive Strategic Management at Boston University and a member of Leadership MetroWest Class of 2019. Blaise is in his first term serving on the Board of Directors and sits on the Program and Finance Committees.

Lisabeth Jorgensen

Lisabeth has been practicing public interest law in New York and Massachusetts for more than a decade. In 2019, she joined MetroWest Legal Services, a legal aid in Framingham, and now serves as Supervising Attorney of the Family Law and Civil Legal Aid for Victims of Crime units. In her role, she oversees attorneys and staff providing representation to survivors of domestic violence and crime in their related civil matters including restraining orders, custody and divorce, immigration filings, or issues concerning housing, benefits, or education. She also helps victims of fraud with issues related to identity theft, tax preparer misconduct, or financial scams. She joined the Wayside board in 2024.

Devon Lyon

Devon is the President and CEO of Central One Federal Credit Union which is a six branch 800-million-dollar CU located in Shrewsbury MA. You can say the credit union movement has been passed down to Devon from his mother who was a comptroller at a credit union in upstate New York. That’s how Devon got his start in the industry decades ago when he dressed up as the mascot for that very same institution. Since then, he has worked at several credit unions in many roles from compliance to risk management to operations and human resources. Prior to joining Central One FCU as CEO, Devon held several leadership roles at Direct Federal Credit Union as SVP/Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operations Officer. These diverse roles have given Devon a multifaceted understanding of the many things an institution needs to thrive including an investment in developing great people and efficient processes to best serve its members.

Claire Levesque

Dr Claire Levesque is a retired neurologist who specialized in the care of those with dementia and adults with intellectual disabilities. In her work she focused on the link between medical and behavioral care for her patients. Her clinical practice included time as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Boston University, founder of a group practice and president of a medical staff. She worked in acute and long term hospitals, nursing homes and outpatient settings. For the last 14 years of her career, she worked for Tufts Health Plan, now Point 32 Health, spending her last years as Chief Medical Officer for Commercial Products. Dr Levesque has a BS in Biology from Michigan State University and an MD from the University of Vermont.

Dr Levesque is a trustee of MetroWest Health Foundation and the treasurer for the Mass PPD Fund. In retirement she continues to look for ways to give back to the community with a focus on vulnerable populations.
