ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS:

Senior Accountant/Analyst (Framingham):  Under the direction of the Controller, this position prepares and analyses the month financial statements, completes balance sheet reconciliations, analyzes and prepares detail cost center reports, develops and posts journal entries, and performs bank reconciliations.  This Position is also responsible for analysis and financial reporting of federal, state, local agencies and private foundations grants and contracts, to management and granting/contracting agencies.  Candidates with experience working with Cost Reimbursement, Unit Rate, and Grant Contracts will receive immediate consideration.  Qualifications:  Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, or Finance. Must have at least 5-7 years previous experience in accounting.  Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software.  Knowledge of Solomon Accounting software is a major plus.  Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel and Word).  Experience with MS Access and PowerPoint also helpful. COMMUNITY SERVICES POSITIONS:

 

SENIOR INTENSIVE CARE COORDINATOR ( Framingham): Full-time salaried position. The Senior Intensive Care Coordinator provides supervision to program clinicians and non-Masters staff performing Intensive Care Coordination functions.  Assists the Program Director in operations of the Community Services Agency as needed.  Provides Intensive Care Coordination to children, adolescents, and families as needed. The Senior Intensive Care Coordinator is expected to act professionally and in a manner that is consistent with Wayside's core service values: resiliency, excellence and diversity.  Qualifications:  Master of Social Work or other related behavioral health degree and independent licensure. INTENSIVE CARE COORDINATOR:  Full-time salaried position.  The Intensive Care Coordinator is responsible for providing Intensive Care Coordination to children, adolescents, and families as needed.  Other responsibilities  include, preparation and submitting of all billing on time, participate in regular group meeting, trainings, facilitate Wraparound care Plan Meetings with family, supports, providers.  The Intensive Care Coordinator is expected to act professionally and in a manner that is consistent with Wayside's core service values: resiliency, excellence and diversity Qualifications: Must have Knowledge of behavioral healthcare, Wraparound systems of care, child welfare, mental health/ illness, behavior management, parenting issues, and individual/family therapy. SENIOR CLINICIANYouth Mobile Outreach; (Framingham/Waltham) Full-Time.  The Senior Clinician is responsible for providing clinical supervision and direct services in the MetroWest Youth Mobile Outreach program operating out of the HomeBase and FamilyWorks Programs.   Including, assisting the Program Coordinator with other administrative tasks as necessary. The Senior Clinician is expected to act professionally and in a manner that is consistent with Wayside's core service values: resiliency, excellence and diversity.  Qualifications:  Masters of Social Work or other related degree and independent licensure required.  Must have Knowledge and experience in Crisis Planning and Crisis is Prevention protocol, preferably including such Evidence Based Practices as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Treatment, or other related model. YOUTH & FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER (Framingham/Waltham/Malden): Full-time salaried position available for flexible, creative, and energetic person to provide a range of community-based services to children and families referred by the Department of Mental Health, Department of Children and Families, and Insurance. CBHI FAMILY PARTNER:  (Framingham) Full-time.  The Family Partner provides hope, information, advocacy, and one-to-one support to parents whose children are involved in the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative.  The Family Partner Collaborates on all support services with the primary clinical team (ICC or other) and treatment plan/ Care Plan when families indicate need for and acceptance of Family Support and Training services.  Responsible for assisting CBHI or ICC team, and parents in developing advocacy and negotiating skills to improve efficacy of service.  Qualifications:  Knowledge of behavioral health system and services, DMH, and DCF recourses, special education law and services, and other social service resources, and how to access these services.   Parenting experience with child with serious emotional disturbance who is currently receiving mental health or related services or has received such services in the past.  Must have a High School Diploma

Transition Age Youth Coordinator ( Framingham/Arlington) Part Time position.  The Transition Age Youth Coordinator develops, organizes & facilitates group and activities for Transition Age Youth with mental health needs through PhotoVoice.  Promotes a model of advocacy and support within the population of young adults that will utilize both formal and informal supports, for youth transitioning to adults.   Knowledge and experience with young adults with a variety of high-risk behaviors, experience in community work, excellent communication and organizational skills.  A Bachelor’s required.

STARR CLINICIAN (Framingham Campus)Full-time clinical position to work at our fun and stimulating campus.  Creative, flexible, energetic individual to provide intensive, short-term individual and family treatment.  Provide rapid comprehensive assessments and case management that include in-home visits.  Position calls for strong assessment and writing skills. CAMPUS RESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR:  (Campus)  Full time position responsible for the overall oversight and expense management of all six residential programs.  Specific duties include monitoring use of overtime, staffing expense and other operational costs; supervising all House, Weekend and Overnight Managers; ensuring compliance with relevant DEEC licensing requirements.  The Residential Director will also oversee activities, supervisory staff meetings and quality management processes for all six programs among other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications:   At least five years as a Residential Program Director; MA or pursing a Master’s Degree

MEDICAL CASE MANAGER  (Campus):  Full time position opened for boys residential program ages 12-17 and Day Program in Framingham.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to obtaining client records, making and transporting clients to medical/dental appointments, collaborating with doctors and attending clinical rounds.  The Medical Case Manager will work closely with the nursing department to make sure all residential staff are medication trained and policies are being followed.

DENNISON HOUSE MANAGER (Framingham): The House Manager is responsible for oversight of the day to day management of assigned program. This person will be in charge of staff scheduling and running staff and supervisor meetings in partnership with the Program Director. The House Manager will help with hiring, supervision, billing, shift change and will help set up and track all systems within the program for effectiveness. This person will be part of the administrator on call system. Qualifications:   This person should have traits of flexibility, excellent people skills, knowledge of Department of Children and Families, high energy, great sense of humor and skills in intervening with adolescents.  Must have Bachelor’s Degree (or pursuing college level education), or a CAC, and three years of experience in the field.
