It is that time of year again and we would like to provide you with the opportunity to express your thoughts about your work here at Wayside. The information you have provided in the past has been very helpful in understanding and planning for the ongoing needs of the Wayside community. FY2017 Program Town Hall Results

Each year, Wayside President & CEO Eric L. Masi and the Director of People & Culture (formerly Human Resources) visit each program across the agency to meet with staff. The goal is to provide the opportunity for staff to talk to agency leadership directly about issues relating to working at Wayside and to present the Workforce Analysis results.  At the conclusion of those visits, the agency's Senior Team reviews each comment and issue raised by employees and determines how to respond. In FY2017, there were 189 comments that were taken into consideration.

2017 All Staff Meeting Wellness Survey Results

At this year's All Staff Meeting we launched our Wellness Initiative.  Wayside asked staff to provide feedback on the question "In what ways can Wayside support your best self at work?" and you answered!  We gathered your responses and the agency's Senior Team reviewed each comment and issue raised by employees and responded. There were 63 different suggestions that were taken into consideration.
